Le Bijou is revolutionising the high-end hospitality industry. It is a bold statement, but it was a bold idea: three young entrepreneurs from Switzerland seeking to deliver a new kind of hotel service to an underserved luxury consumer.
We didn’t come from a hospitality background, and that allowed us to see a market gap and create a solution that worked from a customer perspective. Our apartment hotel concept reinvents the entire five star experience – and significantly improves it by delivering a much higher level of privacy and convenience than an ordinary hotel.
As well as improving customer experience, we also improved the bottom line, reducing the expenses of the traditional hotel model and providing an impressive rate of return for investors that have joined us and are already benefitting from our collaboration.

Easy to scale
Unlike traditional hospitality brands, we are agile and easy to set up, with a well-oiled marketing machine and a Rolodex of guests eager to join us wherever we go. We don’t need to hire and train hundreds of employees, and our Uber-like service model is easily adaptable and can work in any city.

Our innovative partnership offers an easy way to enter the high-end real estate rental market with up to 6.0% return on fixed income, and up to 7 - 14% in the equity model. We can deliver on these because of our unique business model - we're serving an underserved segment of luxury customers, and have barriers in place to prevent the competition from entering our market.
Diversified revenue streams
We don’t rely on any single group of customers. Hotel clients are distributed across business verticals, countries of origin, and purpose of the booking - from corporate events to private travels, from individual clients to travel agencies.
Stable against global turmoil
Tourist visits to Switzerland remained steady despite the global crises of 2000 and 2008, and have been showing a positive trend since the 1980's (BFS). Swiss real estate investments have very low correlation with global real estate (Credit Suisse), meaning that they are relatively independent from the global dips.

The Swiss travel market has seen consistent growth for the past two decades, unaffected by global turmoil. It is not only the picturesque Alps, surreal lakes, and rich historical heritage that attracts visitors, but also the unparalleled safety that allures wealthy travellers.
Global travel market growth
The value of global tourism reached $5.29 trillion in 2017 — and the size of the market only continues to expand. Within this vast market, the luxury traveller represents the fastest-growing segment, projected to grow at CAGR 7.9% during 2019 – 2026.
A profitable and reliable segment
We are catering for a niche that offers high profit, yet low-competition: wealthy travellers who seek the privacy and convenience of renting an entire apartment on an online on-demand platform, but require the style, service, and security of a top-level hotel. This group is likely to stay true to their travel preferences in any financial weather.
Business model
High margins
Our apartment-hotel and innovative digital service concepts offer high margins, reducing fixed and operational costs by 50-60% (in comparison to luxury hotels). Plus, our innovative Uber-like service model places us a cut above any potential competitor.
Significant entry barriers
We are the market leader in this niche, with a market share in key locations in the major Swiss cities, strong relationships with landlords, family offices, high-end travel agencies, and private concierges, and wide visibility amongst our target market (an advertising reach of over three million).
Diversified income streams
A significant part of our revenue comes from private and business bookings: brand events, executive lunches, and family celebrations. Our client list includes brands like Krug Champagne and Estee Lauder, celebrities like Steve Wozniak or John Sculley, and even Middle-Eastern royal families.
Two types of investment
Le Bijou offers two types of investment: bond and equity.
Returns: 3, 4, 5 or 6% annually, fixed income (depends on the investment size).
Our fixed-income investment offers the opportunity to participate in a bond issued by Le Bijou. This is an investment backed by premium hotel apartment concept in the biggest Swiss cities which are operated by Le Bijou with a fixed income – 3, 4, 5 or 6%, depending on the investment size and level of securitization.
Returns: up to 7 – 14% p.a.
Investors become shareholders of an operational, fully-fledged Le Bijou franchise unit that includes the completely automated Le Bijou service and operating system, marketing and branding, as well as the signature Le Bijou interior. Investors directly participate in all the profits generated by this unit.
