The Le Bijou bond* represents an investment in a prime Swiss hospitality business. Investment returns are fixed at 3 – 6%, depending on the bond issue, duration and investment size.
The bond is secured by the returns of Le Bijou signature apartment hotels, derived from the profit made on short- and long-term rentals and events.

Swiss real estate investments have very low correlation with global real estate (Credit Suisse), meaning that they are relatively independent from the global dips.
